We're currently seeking a professional, polished, and proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team and be the face of our dealership.


About the Role

As a BMW Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest receives world-class service from the moment they arrive. This is a front-of-house role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for luxury service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Assist with showroom traffic flow and appointment management
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and courtesy car arrangements
  • Provide refreshments and ensure customer comfort in waiting areas
  • Liaise with Sales, Service, and Management teams to streamline customer experience
  • Manage concierge desk duties, calls, and general administrative tasks

About You

  • A strong passion for delivering premium customer service
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or front-desk roles (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional communication
  • A friendly, energetic, and proactive personality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Full, unrestricted driver's licence
