**The Role**

Working with the Regional Director Victoria and Tasmania (Vic/Tas), the Managing Consultant is required to provide leadership and management of the Victorian and Tasmanian business and proactively build the client base across allocated sectors with a specific focus on the State Government sector. You will be responsible for meeting individual and team targets as part of your role.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Business Development and Client Relationship Management**
- Conduct business development in the Vic/Tas region with a focus on the State Government sector
- Conduct client relationship development and management activity across clients in the State Government sector in the Vic/Tas region
- Use networks, sector and product knowledge and expertise to provide specific business development support to other sectors and regions as required

**Team Performance Management**
- Support the Regional Director in managing the consulting team and driving performance including mentoring and coaching of consulting team members, project management and delivery
- Support the recruitment and co-ordination of consultants to the Vic/Tas team

**Project Management and Delivery**
- Oversee the effective delivery of Vic/Tas projects including monitoring performance, budget and client feedback and perform project administration
- Support the delivery of projects and programs for the full suite of ArcBlue products and services across Vic/Tas and in other regions as required

**Sector and Product Leadership**
- Provide support and expertise to ArcBlue's sector and product leads

**About You**
- Strong experience in Victorian State Government
- Relationships with key procurement personnel across multiple Victorian State Government Departments and Agencies
- Procurement consulting experience highly desirable but not essential
- Strong business development and CRM skills and experience are desirable
- Experience reviewing and improving procurement functions or processes and procedures, preferably in State Government Departments and/or Agencies
