Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.

D4C is seeking a Site Administrator to join our dynamic, diverse and high performing team in an exciting time of growth. We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.

**Key Accountabilities**

The team is in a period of growth and has identified the need for support with administrative tasks and site office management.

This role will require you to liaise with Construction Leads and Engineers, which typically includes tasks such as:

- Raising PO requisitions and receipting after the job is complete
- Adding operational resources to projects for time sheeting
- Uploading and dowloading claims in the internal system
- Assiting construction project team with administrative tasks to support the project including safety, enviro,quality and community
- Establish and maintain projects/site office workspace with office supplies and equipment
- The maintenance of site records
- Organisation of team meetings / event logistics
- Other general broad scope project administrative duties**

**Essential**:

- 2+ years administration experience
- Recent work experience on construction projects desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills.
- White card
