**Your role**:
As Administrative Officer you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate services activities, including Human Resource (HR), Finance and Facilities, and/or undertake a narrow range of duties relating to a specific corporate services function. You may also contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely support to our staff, students and community. Experience in Oneschool and Day Map will be desirable, but training can be provided to the suitable applicant. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Coordinating recruitment and selection, induction and training of support staff and where necessary, provide Injury Management support for staff.
- Process and monitor staff leave, monitor staff replacement and ensuring all relevant compliance training is valid and current.
- Cleaning Operations including the review of cleaning areas and supervision of cleaning staff.
- Blue Card processes and Accumulated Days Off (ADO) arrangements, assist with timesheet recording, management and checking of signatories of all school support staff and provide advice to staff of leave entitlements.
- Organise and manage supply and contract placements for both teaching and support staff.
- Provide a range of financial administrative activities and operations including the provision of data entry, maintain financial registers, and providing computing and clerical support for the effective operations of the office.
- Assist in managing the Student Resource Scheme, Accounts Receivable, Payment Plans, Centre Pay processes.
- Assisting the Business Manager with the management and coordination of resources, asset management and facilities, including regular stocktakes, the asset database for Oneschool and facility hire.
- Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.

Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to perform in this role:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High level customer service - communicate with internal and external stakeholders (parents, students, staff, community members) providing information and advice in line with the school policies and procedures; and demonstrate empathy, emotional understanding and support
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort in multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance and also ability to manage high pressure environments
- Perform a variety of day to day routine administrative and support services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
