Transformation Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a **Transformation Delivery Manager** to join our team on a **permanent** basis. Based in North Sydney, this role is central to ensuring our enterprise-wide programmes and projects are delivered with excellence, aligning with our strategic goals and delivering tangible value to the business.

**About the role**

As our Transformation Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful execution of business-critical transformation projects, guiding cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from scoping and planning through to delivery and reporting—while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking.

You’ll also play a key role in embedding SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices within the business, driving adoption through training, coaching, and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:
In this dynamic role you’ll lead the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving value across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed best-practice frameworks and deliver impactful outcomes, including:

- Overseeing the delivery of enterprise projects to achieve strategic and business-aligned benefits
- Managing project teams, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution
- Collaborating with senior leaders to understand requirements and manage expectations
- Holding teams accountable for delivery targets and report progress regularly
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project stability and stakeholder confidence
- Leading governance forums and steering committees, providing clear and accurate project updates
- Expanding and supporting the adoption of SAFe and other delivery frameworks across the organisation
- Establishing internal delivery capabilities across key roles such as Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and PMO leads
- Engaging and managing third-party vendors to source transformation capability when required
- Championing quality assurance across all project deliverables
- Using data to inform decision-making through insightful project performance reporting
- Conducting SAFe training, develop supporting materials, and provide ongoing coaching and support

**About you**
- Proficiency in project and programme management tools and techniques
- Deep understanding of SAFe principles and experience embedding them in an organisation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A results-driven mindset with proven experience delivering complex transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience in risk management, governance, and quality assurance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience implementing SAFe practices and frameworks
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar experience will be highly regarded, and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is desirable.
