We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Program Manager, Transformation Delivery reporting to General Manager Transformation Strategy & Delivery.

A bit about your role

The Transformation Strategy & Delivery team in New Developments has end-to-end accountability in leading three practices (1) Strategy & Innovation, (2) Planning & Governance and (3) Program Delivery for driving nbn’s success in new development markets - from winning the buying decision of property developers, to delivering network and solutions reliably, predictably and efficiently, and serving as many customers as possible as quickly as possible using the newly constructed network and solutions.

The purpose of the Program Manager is to plan and manage end-to-end value delivery of transformation programs or a group of projects within the agreed on-time, on-budget baseline and on-track against business case benefits. To be successful in the role, the Program Manager will evolve from delivery of project scope to delivery of end-to-end outcome, which includes value tracking, control and realisation of the project as well as work closely with initiative owners to drive adoption and continuous evolution of best practice value-focused project management approaches.

Influencing and leading stakeholders at all levels enterprise wide will be required as will collaborating across nbn with other program/project management teams.

A bit about you

If this role sounds like a good match for you, it is likely you will have extensive change management experience in complex environments as well as previous experience working with project management tools and the translation of project plans to formats suitable for communication e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Miro boards.

You will be skilled at managing priorities across scarce resources, influencing internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to anticipate and resolve critical program/project issues and possess well-developed analytical skills, creative problem solving and mental agility, commercial acumen.
