As the Transformation Delivery Lead, you will lead and manage transformation initiatives that deliver strategic change, operational efficiency, and organisational growth. Your focus won't just be on individual projects — you'll drive the "how" of transformation by:

  • Managing project interdependencies, resource prioritisation, and operating rhythm
  • Ensuring robust tracking, reporting and insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board
  • Leading priority initiatives end-to-end, from planning through to delivery
  • Supporting employee change management to enable smooth adoption
  • Ensuring benefits tracking is delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Ultimately, your work will have strategic impact across the organisation, directly supporting the execution and delivery of GrainCorp's "Big Rocks".

About your experience
You are a results-driven professional with a proven record of delivering transformation and change in complex environments. You'll bring:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience tracking and reporting across multiple large-scale initiatives
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practical experience supporting people through change
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior executives and boards
  • A collaborative, structured, and outcomes-focused approach
