Our services include Digital transformation, Experience design, Supply chain optimisation and Workforce planning. We are technology agnostic, however, we have deep expertise in UiPath, BluePrism, Microsoft Stack, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Anaplan.

**Role overview**

After five years of triple digit growth, this role is the next step in the continued growth of our team. You’ll thrive on being part of a consulting environment, which will see you proactively ensuring the Innovior Delivery Team delivers the agreed project scope of work within the defined timelines and budget.

Delivery is governed by the Innovior Delivery Framework which includes the development, implementation and management of a detailed project schedule, communication plan and governance with status updates regularly presented to the Client and internal stakeholders.

These responsibilities come with unwavering support from not only our Principal Delivery Manager but also our Head of Delivery and broader leadership team to deepen your Project Management skills.

**About you**

You’ll have minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing & leading a variety of projects and are looking to step up to a new challenge with increased responsibility.

It’s highly likely you’ll have commenced your CAPM/PMP to support your on going skills development.

You will have demonstrable ability to be able to synthesise a problem, identify risks & issues as well as strong stakeholder management skills. You’ll be ambitious and thrive on the impact you’ll make within this boutique and growing firm.
