Our state government client is currently seeking a Graduate and Youth Initiatives Project Officer.
**Your new company**
Our state government client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking a Graduate and Youth Initiatives Project Officer to fill their temporary vacancy. This is a 6-month temporary contract. This role will report into the Team Leader Capability and Culture and the Coordinator Graduate and Youth Initiatives.
**Your new role**
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with youth employment projects and activities for the organisation
Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Assist with the recruitment administration and campaigns for the graduate programs
Assist with coordinating learning and development activities for the programs
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
Previous HR officer/ administrator experience
Experience in assisting HR projects
Strong time management and organisational skills
Effective stakeholder communication skills
