We are DevelopmentWA - Western Australia’s land development agency, working on industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Our work is diverse and state-wide, developing land for sustainable communities, prosperous industries and resilient regions.

Our portfolio includes the development and management of some of WA’s most iconic residential, commercial and industrial projects both within the metropolitan area, and regional areas of our state. Projects including Elizabeth Quay, Alkimos, Ocean Reef Marina the Australian Marine Complex, Subi East and Broome.

We are committed to innovation and sustainability across all of our operations, including a plan to transition to net zero ‘scope 1 and 2’ emissions by 2025.

**Our Graduate Program**:
Our Graduate Program provides you with a challenging and exciting rotation schedule, working across all facets of our business including our core divisions, Operations, Business Development and Marketing, Corporate Services, Office of the CEO, and Planning, Design and Transition.

This program is for new graduates who are looking for an exciting opportunity that will see you working closely within our teams, developing strong relationships, learning about the land development industry and having the opportunity to attend interesting site visits, including involvement in large scale projects such as Subi East, Ocean Reef Marina and East Perth Power Station.

Our 2025 Graduate Program has availability for up to 2 graduates, who will complete a 6-month rotation throughout our organisation with permanent employment after successful completion of the graduate program.

2023/2024 Graduates from all disciplines will be considered, however an interest in land and property will see you benefit from our program.

**About you**:

- Completion of an undergraduate degree from an Australian University in 2023 or 2024.
- A pro-active “can do” attitude.
- A passion for the land and property industry
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication and social networking skills
- A team player attitude
- High level research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
