An Exclusive Fund Manager with a unique suite of investment products requires a Trade Support/ Middle Office Analyst.

**The Role:

- **
- Working within the Investment Operations Division with a focus on Trade Support / Middle Office team with responsibility for trade activity, security data quality assurance, reconciliations, corporate actions, payment instructions and cash management, settlement queries
- Oversight of the Trade Life cycle through to settlement for a range of Investment Products and Funds
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Unit Pricing / Fund Accounting functions
- Ability to engage with Stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and with external parties
- Obtain and analyse KPI data from various platforms. Create Performance metrics for reporting to senior management on the efficiency of the Vendor Input and Relations
- Participate in optimising Operational efficiency and capability through review of technology and process
- Collaborating with the Management & C Level Executives to maximises efficiency of Trade Operations with existing service providers and periodic review of supplier arrangements and performance
- Develop and nurture key strategic relations with the vendors and key stakeholders across the operations
- Degree qualified with minimum 2 years experience in a Middle Office / Trade Support / Reconciliations / NAV environment across Investments, Funds Management or Custody ( FX, Equities, Treasury, Derivs, Hedge Funds )
- Solid understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and exchange regulations/compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of global investments platforms, markets and products
- Proven Client Service and Relationship Management ability
- Good Excel skills welcome along with OMGEO, Aladdin or Charles River
- Flexible attitude with ability to adapt in a Fast Moving & Agile working environment
