The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join a small, high-performing team in a hands-on Middle Office role. You'll take full ownership of critical operational processes, working directly with traders and risk. With a strong focus on automation and Python-driven solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in building scalable, efficient workflows that support our global trading business.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate and reconcile trading costs between trading, middle office, and finance, ensuring all P&L, fees, and transaction data align.
  • Manage and optimise treasury functions, including FX exposures and borrowing costs.
  • Monitor, report, and optimise cash, costs, and risks across multiple clearers and alternative trading venues.
  • Build Python-based automation tools to streamline reconciliations, reporting, and other recurring processes
  • Collaborate with trading and operations on new market setup and expansion initiatives.
  • Partner with finance and risk teams to ensure timely and accurate position and P&L reconciliations across all products and markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in middle office, trading operations, or risk support in a trading environment.
  • Strong Python skills with the ability to automate processes and build tools.
  • A hands-on problem solver with attention to detail and a drive to improve workflows.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting, reconciliations, cost monitoring, or treasury functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across trading, finance, and risk.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
