**About the Opportunity**
Due to considerable growth across our business, we have fantastic opportunities for an experienced Service Coordinator / Administrator to join our team in Perth North Coogee WA 6163.

This position would be responsible for supporting the service team in an administrative function, ensuring a smooth delivery of service, manufacture and project jobs. Working closely with the workshop leadership team, this role will assist in scheduling and expediting functions to ensure the effective co-ordination of labour, equipment, material and subcontractors in the execution of the work scope.

This role with also support the team with general workshop operational tasks, which include activities such as the procurement of parts, timesheet support, initiating routine equipment maintenance / calibrations and management and championing workshop management roles.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Cert 3 in Business Administration would be highly regarded
- Experience in a service environment
- Strong Administration skills with the ability to use MS office suite (especially Excel).
- Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes
- Commitment to quality, service, workplace safety and business improvement
- Proven ability to plan works and prioritise tasks
