**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in North Coogee WA 6163.

This position gives you the opportunity to get insight into a progressive company working on innovative and intricate areas such as hydraulics, subsea control systems hydrogen, and much more.

This role will see you reporting to the Sales Manager. The purpose of the sales coordinator is to coordinate distribution and service sales activities including management of incoming enquiries, pricing tools, stock, and CRM. The role provides leadership for the internal sales team, being accountable for their duties whilst providing support in the execution of works.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Service customers to both meet their current requirements and develop further opportunities
- Quoting duties including engaging with suppliers regarding price and availability
- Develop a positive team ethos through positive participation and communication
- Supplier and pricing management
- Develop pricing tools and systems
- Stock management
- CRM management
- Engage in process improvement strategies and obtaining feedback to ensure we are keeping up with industry expectations
- Achieve agreed annual sales and gross profit targets.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Hydraulics and process equipment
- Strong commercial acumen, sales, and negotiation skill
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a lively disposition
- Ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of initiative, drive and self-motivation to filter throughout the team
- A desire to grow and develop a long-standing career within the AFP business.
