An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Aegis team as the Operations and Facility Services Manager at Aegis Shoreline.

Located adjacent to the beach and overlooking the picturesque Cockburn Sound. Aegis Shoreline is a state-of-the-art Residential Aged Care Facility providing resort lifestyle with quality care and services for up to 238 Residents. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Facility Operations.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Manage all financial outcomes in relation to the operation of the Facility and management of budgets.
- Overall management of the cleaning, laundry, hospitality, Facility services and administration teams.
- Ensure all staff resources are allocated appropriately to achieve the required outcomes and services delivered in a timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Facility to deliver high standard of quality care and services.
- Oversee and manage compliance of training for existing staff and onboarding and training of new staff.
- Ensure compliance of all regulatory registrations and reporting.
- Manage the delivery of all health and safety requirements.

**Requirements of the role**
- **Aged Care Experience (desirable)**:

- Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve the required service relationships outcomes.
- Sound business acumen with significant knowledge of budgets and finances
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence others.
- Work autonomously but seek support and assistance when required.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of basic hospitality services and industry standards.
- Strong organisational and time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and cohesive manner.
