We are seeking a Fulltime **Accounts Receivable** to join our team.

- Ensure all debtors are billed along with supporting documentation on daily basis
- Respond to guest and debtors queries in relation to invoices
- Analyse and approve TA commission invoices
- Process guest refunds in a timely manner
- Review references prior to providing credit facility to new clients
- Develop rapport with clients to recover debts on time
- Reconcile and allocate credit card and other payments in AR
- Ensure month end procedures are completed in timely manner
- Prepare AR reports and conduct credit meetings
- Review and audit all transactions from previous day
- Perform income audit and cashiering related duties on daily basis
- Review high balance report and report to Front Office team on daily basis
- Manage cash machine and verify Assistant Manager floats

**Ideally you will have**:

- Working knowledge of Opera and Infrasys
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
