- Positioned in the People, Culture and Diversity team and reporting to the HR Project Lead, this newly created role will contribute to a broad range of people projects. With an initial remit focusing on HR and payroll compliance and remuneration initiatives and the opportunity to work more broadly across other emerging projects, the HR Project Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that span the organisation.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Support the delivery of key initiatives, projects and programs through scoping, design, development, implementation and evaluation of solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Analyse complex employee lifecycle data and information to inform the development of targeted and appropriate change, communications, strategies and processes
- Support change projects by providing sound advice and guidance on industrial frameworks and contemporary and best practice
- Proactively support project administration and documentation, prepare presentations, reporting, procedural content and adhoc documentation
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to influence the development and effective deployment of projects

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Strong HR generalist and project delivery experience with sound knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices, governance and effective risk management
- Experience developing, implementing and evaluating employee lifecycle and people centric programs and projects
- Sound Enterprise Agreement/Award advice and interpretation skills together with experience managing complex Employee Relations matters
- Experience in leading process improvements and new initiatives that contribute to high performance
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Superior influencing, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
