**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resource Management Consulting business on a permanent full-time basis. As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR guidance and delivering tailored consulting services to our diverse client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct HR audits and assess client's HR processes and practices to identify HR strengths, opportunities, and legal risks.
- Support clients in the design and implementation of HR policies, processes, procedures, documentation, and systems.
- Design and implement effective HR management strategies, programs, and initiatives to help clients improve workforce performance, productivity, retention, and workplace culture.
- Interpret Modern Awards/EA's and Employment Legislation (_Fair Work Act 2009_) and provide advice to clients on HR/IR matters to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
- Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Always ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Support business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

**To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Proven experience as an HR generalist or HR consultant working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to pivot between strategic & tactical tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong expertise across the spectrum of HR functions, including talent management, remuneration and benefits, health and safety, performance management, employee relations, learning and organisational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in delivering strategic and tactical HR solutions to a diverse range of clients.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
