We are experiencing a period of high growth, and as a result we have an opportunity for a passionate and innovative HR professional to join our team. Your consultative nature and genuine desire to support and help businesses grow will be displayed in your ownership and accountability of clients and projects.

As the HR Consultant/Partner, you will be working across a variety of clients to provide pragmatic solutions to business problems centred around HR related activities. This role will allow you to move at pace, think outside the box and deliver outcomes without limitations or internal barriers.

**What will you be doing?**
- Consulting: building and growing relationships with clients, establishing yourself as someone they trust and seek assistance from;
- Projects: defining and delivering project and situational-based results;
- Advice: providing general HR advice as required, in addition to keeping clients up to date with relevant legislative and market changes;
- Coaching: guiding and advising clients on their HR function/Operation;
- Support: displaying empathy and support to clients, act as a sounding board;
- Internal: partnering with other HR Consultants/Partners and Talent Acquisition team to get the best results for clients.
