**About the company**

Our client, a progressive and collaborative organisation are currently recruiting a HR Advisor to support their People & Culture team. You will be joining a very supportive, collaborative team who are innovative in their approach and continuously looking to do better. You will be supporting the 3 Business Partners through the employee life cycle. They are fast paced team and hence the position would suit someone who loves a challenge, working toward deadlines, multi-tasking, and is a team player.

If successful, you will have access to excellent training programmes both internally and externally to help further develop your career.

This organisation offers a flexible hybrid working model & their offices are based in the inner suburbs. This position is full-time and is to start ASAP.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Proactively support, coach and provide advice to managers on all people-related matters across the employee lifecycle in alignment with legislative and organisational policies
- Support the HR Business Partners and broader HR team to proactively manage key people issues impacting the organisation and recommend practical, and impactful solutions
- Partner with the HR team to provide support in areas such as general HR, Recruitment administration and process improvements
- Work with the talent team to support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, selection & onboarding
- Actively engage with stakeholders to build collaborative and positive working relationships
- Perform other duties & projects as requested

**You will have the following**:

- You will have experience at a HR Advisory level
- A degree or qualification HR is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation, regulations, awards, industrial agreements together with policies and procedures
- Proven experience working with EBA’s
- Excellent written communication skills and time management skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and to work well within a team
