**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- As directed by the Project Manager, liaise with QHSE, Production and Administration as required to complete all pre-mobilisation and ongoing administrative tasks associated with the project.
- Schedule all works and communicate with relevant personnel to ensure resources are available to meet the required plan.
- As the primary contact for client liaison, maintain positive communication with the client throughout the project.
- Data entry and updating documentation into the office integrated management system software & other online Systems
- Handle service calls and customer queries, providing excellent customer support and ensuring timely resolution.
- On project completion, ensure all required documentation is up to date, complete and correctly filed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
- Superior attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Experience supervising and leading customer facing teams in a high safety and high compliance environment.
- Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
- You must have a current driver’s licence and car
