About the Opportunity:
This hybrid, Melbourne-based role is ideal for candidates excited by analytical challenges, operational variety, and executive collaboration. You'll translate complex data into strategic insights, support fast-paced decision-making, and implement digital workflows to streamline every aspect of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and KPI reports using ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and advanced Excel functions.
- Analyse sales, operational, and financial data to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage scheduling, diary operations, and travel logistics across multiple time zones for a regional executive team.
- Track project deliverables, coordinate compliance tasks, and keep the team accountable for deadlines and follow-ups.
- Create impactful presentations, turning data into stories for management and board-level audiences.
- Introduce the latest AI and automation tools to enhance digital workflows and efficiency.
Your Background:
- Experience as an executive assistant or senior coordinator in a technology-rich or data-driven setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data dashboards).
- Skills in data visualisation or BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau), and confidence with CRMs and enterprise systems.
- PowerPoint expertise with the ability to make complex data visually clear.
- Strong interpersonal skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize independently and thrive in a fast-paced, structured, and detail-focused workplace.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automating processes is a plus.
- Preferred: experience in SaaS, B2B, or APAC market coordination; proficiency in additional Asian languages.
