Operations Coordinator needed with purchasing and admin experience

Situated in Melbourne's Western suburbs, our client is a forward thinking organisation in waste management.

Due to company growth they are now on the search for an Operations Coordinator to join their ranks.

This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a hybrid working model and exceptional team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Exceptional planning and coordination of facilities
- Relationship building with suppliers and subcontractors
- Invoice preparation, processing and raising purchase orders
- Operations management including maintaining amenities across multiple sites
- Planning and administration alongside wider team
- Obtain quotes from internal and external contacts and suppliers
- Enquiry handling
- Various administrative tasks

This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same. The role is ever changing and evolving, but with a supportive management team behind you, success and growth are possible

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Purchasing / operations / admin experience essential
- Faultless communication, organisation and attention to detail
- A solution focused mind
- Confidence with MS Office suite including Excel
- A drive to be a key player in a tight knit team
- A forward thinking, positive work ethic
