**About Your New Role**:
Your new role will be with our growing Home Health business as our **_Regional Operations Coordinator_**.
Your key role objective will be providing high level support ensuring all operational logistics are scheduled and sustained in advance. This includes the coordination of key employee engagement and communication channels, forums and initiatives for our Home Health branch network.

- **Communication **- Work collaboratively with internal communications to create content posted onto internal portals, coordinating staged communication releases and ensuring leadership teams are updated on themes and stories published.
- **Employee Engagement** - Work closely with the business to coordinate employee engagement programs including our Awards Programme. Coordinate regional meetings whilst being responsible for minutes and agendas.
- **Workplace Health and Safety** - Act as an advocate and adhere to all company policies and procedures for safe working.
- **Collaboration **- develop meaningful relationships across the business ensuring that you can drive results and partner with internal functions.
- **Program Coordination** - Schedule and coordination support of branch operations visits, agenda preparation and meeting minute taking.
**About You**:
You will be a highly experienced Administration/Coordination Guru who has both great system/technology and team collaboration skills.
