**Key Responsibilities**:

- Talent Management: providing HR advice and direction to attract, retain, and engage a high-quality workforce
- Cultural Alignment: Ensuring all activities align to and strengthen the culture
- Risk Management: Ensuring HR advice meets legislative requirements and managing misconduct, bullying, and harassment
- Performance Management: Identifying and responding to the needs of leaders in managing partner performance
- Health Safety and Wellbeing: Ensuring policies and processes meet legislative requirements
- Relationship Management: Developing strong working partnerships with program leaders and other departments
- Change Management: Facilitating, leading, and supporting change initiatives
- Policies and Procedures: Identifying and providing feedback on company policies and procedures
- Reporting: Providing HR-related reports to key stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management and change management skills
