As apart of the people and culture team you will guide and be responsible for delivering statutory child safety and protection services including assessment, intervention, training, casework and case management in accordance with legislation and policy guidelines.

You will
- Be aware of Child Safety Policies and Procedures, legislative child protection requirements and child safe standards in Victoria
- Have experience assisting with the delivery and education of training for adults in preventative supervisory practices
- Be able to deliver accountable and collaborative integrated child safety services that respect the culture and context of each child, young person, family in our community
- Execute a strong forensic lens, and professional judgement, to analyse the available evidence, and developing the necessary actions to be taken
