Base $85K with OTE of $150K

A new role is on offer with an established fleet management company in a St Kilda Road location with wonderful views overlooking Albert Park Lake and Port Phillip Bay.

Experience is not essential. If you are driven by sales, have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills, you will succeed.

The sales consultant must share the same values and vision as the company in delivering an exceptional customer experience. In doing so, and by working closely with the Directors, they will form an integral part of the core of the business, open exceptional personal and professional growth opportunities, and achieve their own goals

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer all questions in regard to the product, and provide insightful feedback on how the product works, and is delivered
- Provide Novated lease quotes to employees based on these enquiries
- Actively follow up on quotes to employees
- Convert quotes to Novated lease arrangements
- Diligently follow internal procedures to take the transaction from enquiry stage to active customer
