**About This Unique Role**
**Flexibility**
This position would suit an experienced Practice Manager who is seeking a full time role with flexible working arrangements.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the administration, IT and HR functions to ensure resources are aligned with business strategy and plan objectives
- Coordinate business budgeting, reporting, payroll and accounts
- Provide executive support for Leadership Team meetings
- Manage all facilities enquiries with building manager and suppliers
- Work effectively with HR provider to manage the HRIS system, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews and policies and procedures
- Troubleshooting for IT and escalating matters to IT provider. Maintain logins, subscriptions, licenses and equipment
- Co-ordinate marketing efforts with providers to manage content creation, graphic design and website maintenance
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Experience with Xero/XPM - minimum two years
- Experience with FYI Docs (preferable)
- Experience with Employment Hero or other HRIS/payroll systems
- The confidence to handle difficult conversations in a friendly and professional manner that builds trust and respect within the team
- Payroll experience required
- Well organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to see down the track
- A growth mindset that will enable you to seek out better ways of doing the job each day
