A fantastic opportunity has become available to drive and motivate a large team, including veterinarians, receptionists, nurses, groomers and animal attendants, at an independently owned practice on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

This role can be either full or part-time, with flexible hours. No weekends or public holidays to be worked.

Support and additional training are on offer. Upskilling is encouraged; as such, all vets at the practice have further qualifications and special interests.

This role will include the following and more:

- Leading and driving the team to success
- Financial and administrative tasks
- Marketing and social media
- Updating and maintaining the website
- Overseeing stock control
- HR tasks such as recruitment, training and performance reviews
- Rostering, timesheets and payroll

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service, time management and organisation skills, along with experience in RX Works, Microsoft and Google Suite. Applicants should have great attention to detail along with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for working with people.

This is a modern, award-winning, well-equipped hospital that provides the highest quality diagnostic and medical care with a strong focus on client education. The practice is computerised with RxWorks and has digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house pathology, ECG and more. A comprehensive range of services is provided, including orthopaedics, doggy daycare and puppy pre-school.

The team see dedicated, caring clients and performs a wide range of medical and surgical procedures in-house, including ultrasound, endoscope and brachycephalic airway procedures.

The practice is located in one of Sydney's premier, harbour-side suburbs with numerous stunning bays and beaches.
