Manager, HR Data and Transformation

The roleYou will partner closely with the Department of Health and Hospital and Health Services, to support a future focussed system-wide HR performance strategy. You will do this by building the capability of the HR data function to support the provision of access to timely workforce data through contemporary data management solutions to drive improved performance across the system. You will lead key transformation activities, identifying opportunities to automate processes and reporting solutions to deliver efficient and contemporary services that meet our customers expectations now and into the future.
You will bring contemporary IT skills and experience in data management and contemporary business intelligence tools and approaches, as well as leading and developing a high-performing technical team.
In addition, you will be successful in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships, using your leaderships skills to manage, lead and support a high-performing team, building a collaborative and cohesive approach to achieve results.

Corporate Services Division provides business, corporate and operational services to the Department of Health and, in certain circumstances, to the broader Queensland public health system (Queensland Health, comprising the department and 16 hospital and health services).
The division is responsible for leading the department's budget, financial reporting processes, human resource services, knowledge management, legal services, business enhancement and facilities management activities. More broadly, the division is also responsible for leading system-wide industrial relations activities, major capital infrastructure delivery projects, certain human resources functions undertaken on a system-wide basis, and other corporate services functions.
