NTT DATA is looking for a Principal Transformation Consultant to join our Strategy & Transformation team.

As a Principal Transformation Consultant, you will work collaboratively within and across project teams to enable strategic transformation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role by taking projects from concept through to implementation in line with the NTT DATA ANZ vision, goals and priorities.

**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of an effective transformation strategy and roadmap, with ownership for developing and executing key project plans
- Act as a problem-solving partner to identify insights and ideate radical solutions addressing business, process, information and system opportunities (leveraging technology and automation)
- Take responsibility for delivery of project elements, in line with sponsor requirements with mínimal supervision
- Work in agile ways - collaboratively, with transparency and contribute to continuous improvement
- Facilitate workshops and engage with a cross section of senior leaders
- Engage with various individuals and teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives
- Ensure the identification and documentation of operational gaps including user guides, templates, test cases and related user training
- Communicate and escalate if any issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues
- Contribute to project management processes, templates and tools to ensure consistent and effective project delivery
- Support development of and implements project reporting requirements and metrics to track project performance, milestones, risks and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Ability to manage expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
- Curious about testing new approaches and working in agile ways, and willing to constructively challenge others
- Self-aware of strengths and embraces opportunities for learning and growth
- Excellent ability to plan and organize yourself and others
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Scrum and/or other PMO certifications or equivalent preferred

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in programs and projects in a similar environment
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management
