Responsibilities

Are you passionate about shaping the future of work? We're seeking a Workforce Specialist to deliver enterprise-wide people insights, frameworks, and recommendations that drive long-term business priorities and optimise organisational performance.

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide people frameworks (performance, remuneration, talent, and capability).
  • Conduct workforce analysis, impact assessments, forecasting, and planning to support organisational change and transformation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on organisational design to improve capability, efficiency, and role clarity.
  • Provide strategic advice and coaching to leaders on people strategies, culture, and transformation.
  • Ensure compliance and governance across people policies, frameworks, and record management.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational psychology, business, or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, capability frameworks, remuneration, organisational design, and cultural transformation in complex organisations.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality frameworks, insights, and reports to Executives and Boards.
  • Experience guiding organisations through mergers, restructures, and large-scale transformations.
  • Strong capability in HR systems and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills - able to simplify complex data and engage audiences from employees to Boards.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, influence strategy, and build trusted, enterprise-wide relationships.
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
