Bridgeside Medical Centre is a supportive, friendly, family medical practice ideally located close to Wynard Station, Barangaroo, Sydney CBD, and The Rocks.

We are looking for well presented, friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist familiar with using Medical Practice software. Knowledge of Medical Director Clinical and PracSoft will be highly regarded.

You will be working alongside one senior receptionist.

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with Medical Practice software.
- Basic Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Friendly, positive, organised, and efficient
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills

Main Duties:
Greet patients and visitors and respond to their enquiries
Answer and deal appropriately with phone calls
Schedule appointments
Liaise with allied health professionals, staff, and patients
Process payments and Medicare rebates
Fax, scan and photocopy
Upload reports and letters

Other general administrative duties

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
