We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Receptionist / Administrator to join a highly regarded dental practice located in the heart of Paddington. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team that prides itself on delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role
You’ll be the face of the practice, ensuring every patient has a welcoming and seamless experience. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage bookings and recalls using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) software (experience preferred)
- Process payments and health fund claims via HICAPS
- Coordinate correspondence, emails, and patient communications
- Support the clinical team and maintain smooth daily operations
About You
- Previous dental reception or administration experience is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with computers and dental software (D4W ideal)
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Competitive pay rate of $35–$38 per hour, depending on experience
