**The Position**

The Executive Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO and COO’s office.
- Manage and maintain the schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and various operational logistics for the CEO and COO.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day activities in alignment with strategic goals across the company.
- Build and manage a team across executive and office-team operations, understanding the pulse of the company, team, and culture and ensuring focus and discipline are maintained.
- Drive company cadence through scheduling and agendas for Business Reviews, All Hands, Board Meetings, Department Head Meetings, and other key meetings.
- Oversee budgetary planning and cost management, working closely with the finance team.
- Create leverage by facilitating awareness of critical issues and making rapid, high-quality decisions.
- Improve collaboration across internal and external stakeholders by driving communication, information sharing, and alignment.

**About You**

As an executive assistant, you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, effortlessly managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives, with demonstrated experience in board meeting preparation.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving company-wide initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other office tools.
- Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
