We are seeking a Wholesale Assistant to join our Alexandria Head Office Full-Time on a Maternity Leave Contract with the opportunity to be kept on.

**_Role Intention_**

The Wholesale Assistant supports the successful execution of the overarching wholesale strategy through effective vendor relationship management, brand execution, order process management and providing sales and showroom support. The Wholesale Assistant upholds the By Charlotte brand spirit and values in all that they do.

**_Tasks & Responsibilities_**
- Supports the Global Sales Manager in the distribution and maintenance of the brand, merchandising and sales documentation to strengthen stockist relationships and achieve strong seasonal sell-through results
- Supports the Global Sales Manager during the sell period and in showings through order management assistant and customer outreach.
- Oversees the function of the showroom and in-season samples to ensure the wholesale team can utilise these resources to drive exceptional sales results
- Manages order documentation and administration to deliver timely stockist communications, facilitate inbound and outbound sales orders and ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints
- Always uphold the brand spirit and culture

**_Desired Skills & _**_Expertise_**
- Wholesale, Retail or Dispatch experience desirable.
- Great opportunity for someone finishing a fashion degree who has a desire to enter the industry and see progression.
- Ability to work as a team to achieve primary goals and meet deadlines
- Competent in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Advantageous, however, not essential experience required in Joor, Shopify, Seller Center and Xero.
- Merchandising experience is advantageous however not essential as it will be a support skill learnt on the job.
- Skilled at communicating with customers and maintaining relationships
- Approaches situations with a solution-focused attitude at all times
- Possesses excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
