Marketing Executive Full Time Alexandria

We are looking for a
**Marketing Executive **to drive the planning, execution, and reporting of all marketing activity at
**Seafolly**.

The Marketing Executive also supports the team to manage samples, organise shoots and manage and prioritise creative briefs submitted to the Graphics team. The Marketing Executive also supports the Marketing Manager to drive agency performance, manage budgets and develop wholesale marketing plans.

**Responsibilities**
Marketing Communications
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar.
- Support the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing plan is up to date and actualised with results and meaningful learnings.
- Develop and execute a consistent content strategy across EDMs and social, ensuring all communications are in line with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyse social media statistics (such as growth and engagement) to then report to the wider business on a weekly basis and provide future recommendations.
- Enter briefs in Asana and assign tasks to graphics team (daily traffic management).
- Assemble seasonal GTM document in line with critical path ahead of range launch.
- Stay abreast of innovations and trends in the industry in order to create actionable insights to drive marketing outcomes.

Drive Agency Performance
- Establish and maintain relationships with agencies to ensure alignment of strategies and execution of campaigns.
- Attend status meetings with agencies.
- Be the lead communicator on day-to-day communications with the agencies.
- Update the Marketing Plan in line with the activity the agencies are working on.
- Manage the PR Toolbox to ensure PR agencies have seasonal assets in time for launch.
- Support the Marketing Manager with driving on brand PR outcomes from the agency such as influencer collaborations, events, collaborations and gifting.
- Brief in seasonal assets to the graphic design team and upload onto Monday for the media agency.
- In partnership with the Marketing Manager, drive the performance of the relevant digital media platforms.
- Support the Marketing Manager in briefing OOH media placements and sharing with advertising agencies.
- Support the Marketing Manager to supply the affiliates agency with promotional messaging and creative assets.

Admin
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Undergo monthly invoice reconciliations to ensure any discrepancies are flagged with the Marketing Manager from what was forecasted.
- Make budget recommendations where appropriate in order to maximise the marketing budget.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that any disputes are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Seek opportunities to improve the invoice management process through the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Support the Marketing Assistant with sample management.
- Support the Marketing Team with the organisation of shoots.

Wholesale & Retail Marketing
- Support the Marketing Manager in building out the wholesale and retail marketing plans.
- Drive retail marketing outcomes in order to support traffic into stores.
- Support the Marketing Manager with co-op marketing activities, ensuring the co-op budget is being utilised to its full potential and delivering desirable outcomes for the brand.
- Be the main point of contact for wholesale partners and the internal sales team.
- Co-ordinate wholesale requests in a timely manner.
- Support the Marketing Manager with the organisation of tradeshows and sales launches.
- Support the Marketing Assistant with gaining centre marketing placements through communicating with the centre marketing teams for collection launches, promotions and ad hoc activity.
- Support the Marketing Assistant with uploading seasonal assets onto Dropbox for wholesale partners.

**You Have**
- Substantial marketing experience in a similar role.
- Communication skills - compelling copy writing and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Influencer management experience.
- Analytical skills across social media and campaign results.
- Invoicing experience - ensure all invoices are properly coded, approved, processed, and paid.
- Time management and planning.
