We are on the hunt for an experienced, highly organised and empathetic Executive Assistant to support our Founder & Creative Director, so that she can focus on weaving her left brain magic knowing that all else is under control.
Born 20 years ago on the beaches of Bondi, CAMILLA has grown into a diverse lifestyle brand known for our iconic prints and embellishments. You will be a key person in working between our Creative and the business, bringing the two worlds together to ensure critical deadlines are met.
You will be the ultimate professional EA who brings experience and a strong business acumen to the wonderful world of CAMILLA. No two days are the same, so a flexible approach to every situation that may arise, is a must. You will need to embody that of a true people-person, growing and cultivating strong relationships both internally and externally.
This is a fast-paced EA role that will both challenge and excite you
- Please note: This will be a Fixed-Term 12-Month, Maternity Leave Contract_
**So, what will a typical day look like?**
- Long term calendar planning for both business and personal travel
- Schedule and coordinate personal appointments
- Arrange, co-ordinate and minute meetings
- Preparation of documentation for personal meetings and appointments
- Accompany Creative for business related travel where required
- Advise on matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation
- Maintain an effective and confidential record & filing system relating to personal and business matters
- Manage personal expenses and reconcile all personal payments and reimbursements
- Briefing for events and media appointments
- Event planning and liaising with event providers and the Marketing Team
- Liaise with internal staff to complete tasks when required including CEO, Brand and Marketing and Design
