Urban Xtreme Brisbane’s No.1 Adventure Sports Park is seeking an experienced Office Administrator specialising in accounting, operations and human resources to join our team in Hendra, Brisbane.

**What success looks like**
- Excellent coordination of Human Resource Management Administration, Payroll, Bookkeeping duties
**What you will be doing**
- General office administration
- Provide general Human Resource, Operations & Finance administrative support to the leadership team
- Process and manage the fortnightly payroll
- Manage the on-board process for new team members
- Maintain Human Resource & Finance records
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Handle banking and cash management
- Assist with BAS preparation
- Data collection and reporting
- Meeting minutes
**What we would love to see in you**
- Proven experience in office administration, especially payroll and bookkeeping duties (listed above).
- Advanced computer skills - MS Suite
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, think on your feet, use your initiative
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- A self-starter and strong team player who wants to make a positive contribution
