We require a minimum of 1-2 years of proven bookkeeping experience for this position.

The Role:

As our part-time bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly. You'll work closely with management to ensure compliance with reporting and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• BAS preparation and lodgement
• Financial reporting and data entry
• Liaising with our accountant as needed
• Answering the phones and assisting the administration team when necessary

About You:

• Proven bookkeeping experience (Xero proficiency preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Familiarity with Australian tax regulations
• A proactive attitude and good communication skills
• Australian work rights are required for this position

Job Details:

• Location: Hendra, Brisbane
• Hours: Part-time (approx hours, 2–3 days per week – flexible)
• Rate: Competitive, based on experience
