As a Project Administrator at CV, you'll play a key role in keeping projects, people, and processes on track. This is a varied role where you'll combine project support, financial administration, compliance, and stakeholder management.
You will
- Assist Project Managers with documentation, forecasting, claims processes, and maintaining accurate contract and compliance records.
- Manage shared inboxes, registers, records, and reporting requirements while keeping project data accurate and audit ready.
- Process timesheets, inspection books, and payroll queries, and assist with uniforms, onboarding, and employee administration.
- Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, claims, accounts payable approval queries, plus set up and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and approvals.
- Support project reviews with insights, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and look for smarter ways to work.
About You
- Proven experience in project administration (construction or infrastructure highly regarded)
- A calm, organised approach with top-notch time management skills
- Confident communication and a sharp eye for detail
- Experience with invoicing, financial tracking, and project systems
- A proactive mindset – you take initiative and get things done
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
