**Business Development Coordinator - Part Time minimum 15hrs/week**

Urban Xtreme Brisbane’s No.1 Adventure Sports Park is seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Hendra, Brisbane. We are a community owned, and family operated adventure sports and active entertainment company. This person will work closely with the operation, marketing agency, design, sales, and customer service team to execute key business development strategies for Urban Xtreme. **What you will be doing**
- Build and establish a rapport with our stakeholders.
- You will always be evaluating new opportunities to promote Urban Xtreme Adventures.
- Collect evidence data to support progress against objectives, outcomes, and impact in the approved format.
- Generate accurate quotes for corporate groups, community groups and events.
- Assisting our administration team, marketing coordinator and senior management with various sales, administration, and marketing tasks.
- Use CRM software to track lead progress.
- Manage the supply of photos, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Create organic content - take photos & videos in the Centre.
- Coordinating lead-generation sales funnel, upselling sequence, prospective membership sales campaign
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data.
- Accurately relaying information between the office team and the operations team.
- Identify and actively target new sales opportunities.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

- You have qualifications and equivalent experience (2-3 years) in sales administration, or business development and a great sales/ business development track record.
- You have the uncanny ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- You hold a current a Working with Children’s Check or are willing to apply.
