Due to continued growth, Mining & Project Logistics Pty Ltd (MP Logistics) is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse/Transport Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in administration within the transport or warehouse sector.


About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven ability to:

  • Organise, manage, and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Deliver high levels of customer service
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively and work well within a team
  • Solve problems and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across warehouse and transport functions
  • Process and manage data with a basic working knowledge of Excel formulas
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with a multi-skilled team to meet customer and business needs
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for assigned tasks

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a warehouse/transport administration role
  • Basic Excel skills – confident with formulas for processing tasks
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Australian working rights (mandatory)
  • CargoWise experience is highly regarded but not essential

Mining & Project Logistics Pty Ltd (MP Logistics) due to continued growth, we require an established, quality individual to join the organisation on a Full-Time basis. We are looking for a person that possesses a proven ability to organise, manage and prioritise workloads with a high level of customer service, accuracy and attention to detail. The individual must have analytical, communicative, and computer skills and the ability to solve problems and meet strict deadlines.

Must have experience in

  • Admin Support
  • CargoWise experience is preferred but not essential
  • Basic formulas Excel skill level required for processing tasks
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in Warehouse/Transport Admin
  • Australian work rights are required for this position

The successful candidate must have the ability to effectively work in a multi-skilled team and possess a flexible work attitude. Accountability and responsibility for job tasks are key. Based at Hendra, this is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, confident individual with a positive attitude.
