- Exciting opportunity for a Consultant with a background in communications who has an interest in developing skills in the organisational change management (OCM) space._

Our client is an established leading management consultancy that has a global presence, working with both the public and private sector, focusing on large-scale challenging projects across multiple disciplines.

They are currently recruiting for a
**Consultant - Change Management / Communications **to join their successful and growing team in their head office in Sydney NSW.

The role offers the opportunity to leverage off your current skill set whilst developing cross organisational skills including organisational change management, P3M and project controls to provide a more comprehensive offering for our clients. You will be exposed to a vast selection of clients across all industries as well as projects, programs and portfolios of work both within IT and construction
- Tertiary qualification in communications or similar degree
- 2+ years’ experience in a communication or similar role
- Knowledge of Plain English communications principles and techniques
- Proficiency in MS Power Point, Adobe suite and/or exposure to content creation tools e.g. Canva
- Ability to tailor writing styles for different communications forms
- Experience developing a range of engaging communications
- Interest in developing candid corporate videos for announcements/interviews etc
- Experience preparing communications for projects - highly desirable
- Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation or other public speaking forums is highly desirable
- Prosci / ADKAR - change management certified - desirable
