As a **Communication and Change Manager,** you will articulate the communication and change processes necessary to implement the endorsed Workplace Solutions Strategy.

**This role**:

- will assist in the provision of streamlined project management deliverables, necessary for the implementation of innovative ideas to improve processes and reduce costs.
- works closely with the other team members: Junior Workplace Solutions Coordinator and the Workplace Solutions Administrator. All three roles report to the Senior Workplace Solutions Team Manager.
- is required to participate in activities to ensure BGIS Team wellbeing and ongoing development.

**In this role you will**:

- Demonstrate **ability to work in a small team**, balancing competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate **well-developed written and oral communication** skills.
- Display **Stakeholder relationship management skills** including the ability to negotiate persuasively.
- **Convert technical outcomes** and projects description into **easy-to-understand language** for a variety of communication channels, including digital
- Undertake **business process analysis**, to determine the impact of different level of proposed change on various business users. This will be evidenced by the ability to translate complex change concepts into appropriate communication material, for a variety of audience types.
- Demonstrate expertise in **developing and implementing consultation strategies, frameworks, and processes.**:

- Plan and **execute change management activities **to support implementation of complex projects and reform initiatives being delivered by the Client.
- Create and implement effective **Engagement and Communication Plans and Change Management Plans.**:

- **Work collaboratively** with Workplace Solutions team members, business units, and Client change champions to socialise, integrate and embed changes associated the projects deliverables, utilising appropriate communication artefacts

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered you will have:

- High level **stakeholder engagement and consultation skills**, including senior stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
- E**xceptional communication planning and delivery skills **and experience, both written, digital, and verbal, with a collaborative approach to engage key stakeholders to support their change journey.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing human services or business **transformation change projects** with a holistic approach.
- Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline (Communications, Journalism, Business Management, Project Management etc) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in change management and organisational communication.
