As an
**Organizational Change Management Consultant**, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy with consideration of overall impact and cultural sensitivity within the organization to change, and a focus on knowledge transfer. You also will serve as a point of contact for organizational change management activities, including communications strategies and plans.
**Scope of Project**
- Develop and execute overall change management strategies around complex client business initiatives by utilizing proven change management methodologies and techniques
- Manage numerous program and project deliverables, incuding technology and organizational transformation change initiatives, across a client organization and ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct organizational needs assessments and stakeholder analyses, document business processes and systems, and facilitate the transformation from "current state" to "desired state”
- Utilize proven analytical tools for readiness assessments, focus groups, impact assessments, risk assessments, performance metrics and balanced scorecards
- Design and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement plans, including the identification and definition of methods and channels to drive the correct behavioral and organizational changes
**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-plus years of experience executing change management initiatives for complex, global organizations including, but not limited to, organizational change, business process management, system implementations/conversions, enterprise risk and operational excellence
- Strong foundation in at least one widely used program/project management and change management methodology or framework with a strong ability to be flexible and adapt to new methodologies
- Exceptional project and change management skills in scoping, designing, and delivering business and IT transformational activities
- Prosci certification strongly preferred
- Strong strategic and tactical communication planning and execution skills
