**Role**:
Our Client is looking for an Experienced Change & communications Manager to Take ownership and responsibility for organisational change management activities associated with Business projects nationally.

This includes identifying and assessing the impact of change and developing effective change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of the solution to be implemented on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics & Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.
- Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders: This includes building relationships with them to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings: Organizing and leading regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Communicating project updates: Keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, changes, and potential impacts on their interests.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant Change Management disciplines
- 5+ years of Change Management industry experience
- Change management certification or designation
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience working in an Industrial relations landscape
