**About the role**

The role of the Chauffeur Services Fleet Controller at HUGHES CHAUFFEURS is personally exciting and a vital component in our teams success. In this role, you will be the key link between clients and our chauffeurs. You need to be self-motivated and be continuously monitoring the efficiency and performance of the fleet, most importantly look for ways to make us better.

We roster on a shift basis and hours vary between the team, so flexibility is a necessity. Our staff enjoy varied shifts, and this is reflected in our team culture. **We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require our staff to be fully flexible with these days**. **Key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Dispatching bookings in a timely manner
- Allocating and dispatching the correct vehicle types as per client bookings
- Monitoring of vehicles on GPS screen
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Ensuring smooth change over with the next person taking over the shift including all jobs are allocated and flights check to their correct pick-up times.
- Work as part of the team to ensure the best fleet utilisation at all times.
- Be able to work under pressure and be adaptable to a changing environment
- Very strong eye for detail.
- Working as part of a small team, you must be reliable, adaptable, and flexible with shift changes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding areas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.99 per hour
