Based in beautiful Brisbane, this is a full-time permanent role offering the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days in the office & 2 days at home).

As a Service Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, you will oversee and manage the performance of our dedicated service technicians, ensuring they consistently meet our service level agreements.

**Your overall responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring service requests are efficiently planned, prioritised, and coordinated to guarantee timely completion for the customer
- Making sure adequate parts/ supplies are available at all times for job completion
- Driving SLAs being met and exceeded in service contracts and agreements with customers
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders will be key, while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Quotes for ‘do and charge’ requests from customers

Your ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines will be complemented by your strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial as you collaborate with a diverse team and liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, your strong leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience as a Service Controller or in a similar capacity. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, are essential.
