**About the role**:
You will be guided and supported by experienced staff members who are familiar with the demands and workflows of the service. A structured orientation will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role, including:

- Comprehensive training on internal systems and booking software to ensure accuracy and confidence in daily tasks.
- Shadowing opportunities with experienced team members to gain practical insights into the role.

Ongoing support will include regular feedback to assist with professional development and continuous improvement. **Where you’ll be working**:
You will be working within a dynamic paediatric service that operates across multiple sites. The unit supports several paediatric specialties, providing a fast-paced and challenging environment that demands flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of care.

This role is based in a well-equipped, modern facility with access to multidisciplinary teams and specialist services.
